東蝦夷地（ひがしえぞち）は、松前から太平洋岸を東へ進む側の蝦夷地。『蝦夷草紙』は東を「下」と呼び、下蝦夷をその別称として説明する。現在の北海道南部・東部の沿岸を中心とし、時期によって国後・択捉方面も含む。
日本語の地域呼称。歴史的な範囲は本文の用例ごとに異なる。
