村山郡（むらやまぐん）は出羽国の郡で、現在の山形県内陸部の村山地方に関わる。『蝦夷草紙』では新しい田畑が良田になるまで時間を要する例として、東根方面の開墾を引く。
名称の言語的由来は未確認。
