フシコ
Ainu「昔」
huskomedium
Tamura and Kayano identify husko as old or having passed through many years. Tamura includes old ancestors, while a 1969 narrative describes an old mortar and an old basket. This supports the form but leaves a grammatical distinction from Japanese 昔, which names past time. The vowel-explicit husiko has no corpus match. The source’s シ is preserved in the recorded form.
