遊楽部（ゆうらっぷ）。現在の八雲町の噴火湾側に残るアイヌ語地名との対応が考えられる。『北海随筆』では仙見ヶ嶽から北へ続く山並みの記述に「ユラツフ」と現れる。川・山・地域のどれを指すかは分かっていない。
ユー ラㇷ゚（Yu-rap）は「温泉の下る川」の意味。八雲町郷土資料館はユ・ラン・ペツ（yu-ran-pet）という形も紹介している。『北海随筆』のユラツフが川・山・地域のどれを指すかは分かっていない。
