ソウヤは現在の北海道稚内市宗谷付近の歴史的地名。宗谷海峡を挟んで樺太へ渡る拠点で、『蝦夷草紙』では交易地・船出の場所として現れる。名称の範囲は岬一点に限らず、沿岸の集落や場所も含む。
