Ainu「坂」。tu の語義では説明できず、ru（道）とも語頭が異なる。原形未詳。

The marked ツ゚ supports a tu reading, but Tamura’s tu senses do not establish slope. Ru, road, is a semantic comparison with a different initial consonant; it cannot replace the source solely because it is a familiar topographic word.
