「泙」

netomedium
Batchelor explicitly defines Neto as calm weather, supporting 泙 as a calm-condition heading; its sea-surface homonym is separate. Tamura’s noto remains a modern vowel comparison. The earlier Yakumo attribution is removed because these cited entries do not establish that dialect label. The 1923 Kamuyyukar collection also has neto in a sea-surface passage (yukie-kamuyyukar/003/0#5); its calm-sea translation does not isolate a separate calm-weather noun sense.
