Interpretation confidence: low

Batchelor glosses Mukannere as undulating land, which does not establish a sea swell. The related historical comparison explains water rising without breaking, but its modern romanization is inherited editorial evidence. Final リ versus selected re also remains unsettled. Mukanneri preserves that vowel as a comparison only.
