「冬至」

Batchelor records Mata-noshke for midwinter; Kayano matanoski and Niida’s mata noski have the same seasonal sense. The facsimile’s two-stroke glyph remains compatible with the transcribed ン, so matanoske requires a シ comparison that is stated explicitly. The companion edition writes マタノシケ. Winter’s middle does not establish the precise astronomical 冬至 meaning. Literal matanonke has no retrieved support, and the identification remains low confidence.
