ベケレマタ
Ainu「冬の末」
Batchelor’s English definition places Pekere-mata at the end of winter, matching 冬の末, while its Japanese column says 初冬. A second extraction of the same edition preserves this conflict and supplies no independent attestation. Tamura and Kayano peker “bright, clear” support the modern stem without the historical final e. The whole phrase has no retrieved corpus match. Its seasonal sense remains qualified by the conflicting dictionary columns.
