「明日」

nisattamedium
Nisatta is independently documented as “tomorrow”, matching 明日. Batchelor’s Nishatta also supplies an older sh spelling, consistent with modern s for the source シャ. Corpus narrative contexts support the same relative-day sense. Nisat ta displays the dawn-related analysis given by Tamura; its separated corpus examples refer to daybreak and do not automatically attest the lexical meaning “tomorrow”. The joined modern reading is retained.
