ワッカ（wakka）、水。『藻汐草』の「水」に対応する語形。沙流方言の両辞典にも水の名として載る。水質や用途についての限定はこの見出しにはない。

Interpretation confidence: medium

Kayano and Tamura directly give wakka for water. The medial ツ records the consonant sequence kk. Specific distinctions concerning drinking water or hot water are not expressed in the historical gloss.
