シリヲハ
Ainu「明き地」
Siri oha preserves the source リ vowel while making the proposed division explicit. Batchelor gives Shiri-oha “empty”, compatible with 明き地. Tamura’s shorter sir-oha refers to being absent from home, which does not establish an open-ground noun. Siri-oha, siroha and sir oha are comparison spellings; the exact historical construction remains qualified.
