The modern glide spelling sikiwtacup occurs in a 2004 newspaper passage explicitly glossed 四月. Kayano records sikiutacup for the fourth month; its printed segmentation is si-ki-uta-cup, so the kana alone does not settle the internal analysis. NINJAL gives sikiwtacup for the fifth month. Batchelor’s Japanese column also gives the fifth month while its English says April, a conflict retained in a second extraction of the same edition. The form is supported, with calendar and segmentation qualifications.
